The early spring and summer rains brought on a surge of weed growth in the Rio Rancho/Albuquerque area. Folks found themselves overwhelmed by rapid growth of Tumbleweeds and Kochia on their properties and just couldn’t keep up. This was great news for our GOATS!!
Our Happy Herd spent most of their days frolicking and feeding in the Bosque by day and Slumber Partying in people’s backyards by night. The 2024 grazing season has been, by far, the busiest our goats have ever been!!
As we entered the end of summer, we had to put our backyard services on hold as our Pumpkin Patch is a massive undertaking that requires ALL of our attention and resources. Unfortunately, we had to turn down an incredible amount of potential work. It’s a great problem to have and to figure out for the future!!
